Forms & Policies

Students have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal any decision. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and in a timely manner. Students may appeal assessment outcomes, admission decisions, or any aspect of their student experience.

Refund entitlements are outlined in the student agreement. Students who withdraw before course commencement are entitled to a full refund minus an administration fee. Partial refunds may apply for withdrawal after commencement depending on timing and circumstances.

EduInstitute expects all students to submit original work. Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are taken seriously and may result in academic penalties including failure of a unit or course cancellation.

We are committed to providing equal access to education for all students regardless of background, disability, gender, or ethnicity. Reasonable adjustments can be made for students with identified support needs upon request.
